I’m Teil, a creative problem solver who builds collaborative cultures that empower teams to thrive. I combine my passion for human-centered design with a fascination for technology to inspire those around me to create engaging and memorable experiences.
Professionally, I have over 15 years of leadership experience in the design industry and have worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands including:
Unprofessionally, I'm a multi-instrumentalist who has written, recorded and released dozens of shoegazy songs and other assorted soundscapes. My thought leadership has been featured in various podcasts and publications, and I have exhibited artwork in the United States and Europe.
When I'm not creating, I love going on adventures with my family. We enjoy trying new and interesting cuisines and conducting impromptu photo shoots. Once the wife and kids are fast asleep, I can be found geeking-out over classic sci-fi and horror movies as well as my collections of guitar pedals, vinyl records and vintage video games.
